Service Description
A 20-hour in-person intensive for practitioners and yoga teachers who want to understand asana beyond the physical shape. Through practical Asana Clinic sessions, theory and observation, we will explore Sthira Sukham Asanam, alignment, stability, breath, individual differences, modifications, safe practice and the relationship between body, breath and mind. Selected postures will be studied in depth, giving you time to understand what is actually happening within the asana and how to adapt the practice to your individual needs. The intention is not to learn more postures, but to understand the postures you already practise. Open to practitioners and teachers. No teaching experience required. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made at least 10 days before the course begins are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 10 days before the starting date, no refund will be issued. Instead, the amount paid can be transferred as a credit voucher toward a future Asana Intensive Course at Ashram Ibiza. The voucher is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once the course has started, no refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions or partial attendance. Language The course will be taught in English or Spanish depending on the group. Individual clarification and support can be provided in either English or Spanish throughout the course. Arrival & Punctuality The course begins on time each day. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time so you have enough time to settle in and prepare for the session. For the privacy and concentration of the group, the studio door will be locked once the course begins, so please make sure you arrive on time. Attendance & Certification As this is a 20-hour YACEP-certified course, participants wishing to receive the 20-hour Certificate of Completion must attend the required course hours. Course Cancellation by Ashram Ibiza: In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by Ashram Ibiza, all payments made for the course will be refunded in full.
