Un curso intensivo presencial de 20 horas dirigido a practicantes y profesores de yoga que deseen comprender la asana más allá de la forma física. A través de sesiones prácticas de análisis de asanas (Asana Clinic), teoría y observación, exploraremos el concepto de *Sthira Sukham Asanam*, la alineación, la estabilidad, la respiración, las diferencias individuales, las modificaciones, la práctica segura y la relación entre cuerpo, respiración y mente. Se estudiarán a fondo posturas seleccionadas, lo que te permitirá comprender qué sucede realmente en la asana y cómo adaptar la práctica a tus necesidades individuales. El objetivo no es aprender más posturas, sino comprender aquellas que ya practicas. Abierto a practicantes y profesores. No se requiere experiencia previa en la enseñanza. Through practical Asana analysis sessions ("Asana Clinic"), theory, and observation, we will explore the concept of Sthira Sukham Asanam, as well as alignment, stability, breathing, individual differences, modifications, safe practice, and the relationship between the body, breath, and mind. Selected postures will be studied in depth, enabling you to understand what is truly happening within an Asana and how to adapt your practice to your individual needs. The goal is not to learn more postures, but to gain a deeper understanding of the ones you already practice. Open to both practitioners and teachers. No prior teaching experience is required. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made at least 10 days before the course begins are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 10 days before the starting date, no refund will be issued. Instead, the amount paid can be transferred as a credit voucher toward a future Asana Intensive Course at Ashram Ibiza. The voucher is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once the course has started, no refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions or partial attendance. Language The course will be taught in English or Spanish depending on the group. Individual clarification and support can be provided in either English or Spanish throughout the course. Arrival & Punctuality The course begins on time each day. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time so you have enough time to settle in and prepare for the session. For the privacy and concentration of the group, the studio door will be locked once the course begins, so please make sure you arrive on time. Attendance & Certification As this is a 20-hour YACEP-certified course, participants wishing to receive the 20-hour Certificate of Completion must attend the required course hours. Course Cancellation by Ashram Ibiza: In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by Ashram Ibiza, all payments made for the course will be refunded in full.
