Service Description
A soulful Friday night journey of _stillness, softness and connection_ — a gentle invitation to pause, feel and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your own heart. Each session we gather in circle, beginning with a warm cup of ´ceremonial cacao´ (or tea as a softer option), opening the heart and setting an intention for the evening’s theme. Cacao, a sacred plant medicine, supports emotional clarity, grounded openness and heartfelt connection. Through a long, nurturing yin yoga practice, we melt deeper into body and breath — releasing tension and allowing energy to flow freely again. The journey closes with a deeply restorative yoga nidra, guiding you into the peaceful space between waking and dreaming — where the body rests, the mind quiets, and the heart remembers. During the circle you’re invited to draw an oracle or tarot card — a gentle reflection for your path in that moment. We end the evening sharing herbal tea and homemade banana bread to ground and return softly. Everyone is Welcome ! ENG.

Cancellation Policy
1. Uso personal Los bonos son personales e intransferibles; no pueden compartirse ni cederse. Passes are for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred. 2. Validez y vencimiento Cada bono es válido únicamente durante el periodo indicado. Las clases no tomadas dentro de ese tiempo se pierden y no se pueden recuperar ni extender bajo ningún motivo. Passes are valid only for the period stated. Any unused classes expire and cannot be extended under any circumstances. 3. Precios y horarios Ashram Ibiza Yoga se reserva el derecho de modificar precios y horarios sin previo aviso. La información actualizada siempre está disponible en la web y en recepción. Ashram Ibiza Yoga reserves the right to change prices and schedules at any time. The updated information is always available on the website and at reception. 4. Reserva y pago La reserva y el pago online son obligatorios para asistir a cualquier clase. Book and pay online to attend any class. 5. Puntualidad Las clases comienzan a la hora exacta y la puerta permanece cerrada durante la sesión. Llegar tarde implica perder la clase y no da derecho a reembolso. Classes start on time and the door remains closed. Late arrivals result in losing the class with no refund. 6. Material de práctica Puedes traer tu esterilla/manta o usar el material del centro. You may bring your own mat/blanket or use the studio equipment. 7. Cancelaciones — Clases: cancelación permitida hasta 2 horas antes. — Talleres: cancelación hasta 6 horas antes. Las reservas canceladas por el cliente no son reembolsables. Si Ashram Ibiza cancela una clase, el crédito vuelve a tu bono automáticamente. Si se cancela un taller o clase especial, recibirás un vale válido por 30 días. — Classes: cancellations allowed up to 2 hours before. — Workshops: cancellations up to 6 hours before. Client cancellations are non-refundable. If Ashram Ibiza cancels a class, the credit returns to your pass. If a workshop/class is cancelled, you receive a voucher valid for 30 days.
