A half-day immersive space to release emotional tension and reconnect with a natural state of clarity and inner silence. In this Mini Retreat, Satvika will guide you through a combination of movement and Osho Active Meditations, including the Mystic Rose — a powerful method that works directly with the emotional body. The Mystic Rose meditation allows what is held inside to surface and dissolve. Through laughter, tears, and silence, layers of accumulated emotions begin to release naturally, without force or analysis. What remains is a sense of lightness, space, and inner stillness. This experience includes movement, breath, sound, and expression — supporting the body and mind to let go of stress, emotional blockages, and inner tension. When the emotional weight is released, meditation becomes effortless. This retreat is open to anyone who feels the need to reset, release, and reconnect with themselves. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are accepted up to 6 hours before the session. Bookings cancelled by the client are non-refundable. If Ashram Ibiza needs to cancel a workshop or special class, you will receive a credit valid for 30 days. Política de Cancelación Las cancelaciones se aceptan hasta 6 horas antes de la sesión.
